MAN RAISED FROM THE DEAD!

MAN RAISED FROM THE DEAD AS DOCTOR HEARS GOD SAY PRAY FOR HIM

When Charles Cranmill (not real name) walked into the Emergency Room (ER), and promptly collapsed on the floor due to a massive heart attack, the most astounding miracle was about to be witnessed. Cranmill could not be revived even after many efforts by hospital staff. By the time his heart had been stopped for nearly an hour, the call went out for Dr. Dean Thomas to attend him.

"As I entered the ER it was like a war zone," recounted Thomas. "Here was this lifeless body on a stretcher. His face, his arms, his legs were pitch-black with death. I said, 'Let's just call the code, let's end it because there's no life left.' "But just as Dr. Thomas was walking out of the room, he heard from God."A voice told me to turn around and pray for that man. I looked down at the body, and I said, 'Lord, what can I pray for this man? He's gone.'

All of a sudden these words came out, 'Father, I cry out for this man's soul, if he does not know You, raise him from the dead,'" the doctor said. Although the hospital staff was already preparing Cranmill's body for the morgue, Dr. Thomas asked for him to be shocked one more time. When they finally did, Cranmill's heart began to beat perfectly, and he started breathing on his own. Grateful Heart

Been thinking about how blessed I am to live in Australia lately, and especially in beautiful Coffs Harbour. Surely didn't do anything to deserve such a gift. Same as salvation. And life. And breath. And Holy Spirit's constant company. And the Word of God. And all the glorious riches I have in Christ Jesus.

We were worshipping the Lord last night, a few of us in a back room of a church. Not many, not any that the world would look at and say "there goes a successful person, one of influence and power" - but we surely are! I know I am loved by God and I love God back the best I can right now - and I have a sure confidence of who I am in Christ. His child, created in His image for His good pleasure. And that makes me the most successful person I know.

We were pondering the throne room as described in Revelation 4 and 5 - oh what awesome beauty!! I so love to meditate on the pictures portrayed by John as he tries to describe what the Holy Spirit is revealing to him with that once in a lifetime revelation. I like to see Jesus, on His throne, with the 4 living creatures and the 24 elders all around, I like to join in with the millions of others around the throne to worship the Lamb who is worthy above all, the One who is worthy of all honour and glory and praise forever and forevermore.

I am very grateful that Jesus rescued me when He did and saved me from a life of drug addiction and self centredness that was leading me to hell and death. I am blessed beyond measure, and my heart is full of new songs. I will sing of the love of the Lord forevermore.

This Is Reality!

Recently the Lord has been highlighting this word to me: Reality.

He has been opening my eyes to this word, how He and His truth are what is real . . but also, how very sad it is that most of our world, Christians as well as pre Christians, are walking around in an unreal state with their vision blinded by the enemy of our souls.

Justin Rizzo has a beautiful song titled "Glory Will Cover the Earth" and some of the lines are:

" This is reality, You (Jesus) are coming to reign on the earth and the increase of Your kingdom shall know no end."

What's Your Reality?

God is Love

Jesus is the Way, the Truth and the Life, no man comes to the Father except through the shed blood of Jesus.

If your reality is founded on ANYTHING except Christ Jesus and Him crucified and risen again so that you and I have a way back to the Father, then it is founded in unreality. . . in a fleeting world that will not last.

If we are in Christ, we are new creations, clothed in the righteousness of God, one spirit with Jesus Christ!

Happy Holiness

God is a God of great emotion, He is NOT mostly mad or mostly sad - scripture says at His right hand there are PLEASURES FOREVERMORE, and that in His presence IS FULLNESS OF JOY!

Jesus Christ is life, everthing else is all details, but without Jesus there is no real life. Reality is that you are loved by Father God, loved by Jesus Christ, loved by Holy Spirit, you were created for a purpose and ALL God's thoughts towards you are GOOD. Don't believe the lies of an enemy who would tell you you are worthless or without hope. God is for you, believe it! THIS IS REALITY my friends.

BALI LIFE TRIP

I have been looking for a orphan work close to home (ie in Asia, not Africa, due to only getting short holiday breaks) to visit and be a part of for some time, and the Lord graciously answered my prayer in May when Brad Little visited our church one Sunday morning to share of his work with Bali Life Foundation - see the link below for more info.


In September I will be going to Bali with a co worker and her 15 year old daughter to see how we can lend a hand to Brad and Siska and the kids they care for. We are pretty excited as we have just booked our flights! I would ask for prayer that I will clearly hear (and obey) the Holy Spirit in every area of this trip. We are only going for 11 days, but I know God can do marvelous things in a lot less time than that, so I am prepard to be amazed, stretched, challenged, encouraged, blissed out and maybe have my heart broken as well - I hope to be able to love as Jesus loves and know it will be good, why? Because God is good and this is His plan. Yeah!! More later Beloved!

Welcome to my new blog, a place where I hope to scribble on a weekly basis some of my thoughts on what it means to me to be a Lover of God. My desire is for anyone who reads this to be inspired to love the man Christ Jesus with all your heart, mind, soul and strength.

I will add links to sites that have helped me in my quest for that One Thing David speaks of in Psalm 27 - some I have been tracking with for years, others are new to me, but not to Jesus. We are one family in Christ Jesus, all those who are called by His name into this supernatural kingdom of God, those who are seated with Him in heavenly places and who know this earth is not our home, just a way station on the way to our true home in glory with our Bridegroom King Jesus.
